Photographs: Mist, Morning

I drove up to the fields this morning, around by the old hall and up to the higher farms. The sun made it, just, through the fog and through the trees, at 8:45 precisely. I pulled the car over in series of mudded pauses along the road, and took photos. Here’s a handful I worked with later in the day and in which I see stuff I like.

I wrote to my sister I thought I probably enjoyed the taking of them more than the pictures I got – it’s a joy to be out there when the sun’s just coming through – but working (simply, simplistically) with the images later I’m pleased, inspired enough to keep a watch on the weather tomorrow too…
